How to Rent?
1. Choose
Use our online map search to find the perfect storage unit, garage, underground parking, or car parking space for you. You can filter by price, size, distance, and other criteria important to you.
2. Visit
To view the property in person, contact us by phone, email, or fill out the inquiry form on the website. We will arrange a convenient time for a meeting. Some properties can be viewed via a virtual tour.
3. Reserve
If the property meets your expectations, reserve it. Fill in your details, and we will contact you shortly to discuss signing the contract, payment, access, usage, and other matters.
4. Pay
Once the main details are agreed upon, we will prepare and send the rental contract for electronic signing via the Dokobit system and send a preliminary invoice for payment. After payment is made using Paysera payment collection, bank transfer, card, or cash through Perlas, Maxima, or other terminals, you will be given access to your rented property (code, key, remote control, etc.).
Payment conditions vary depending on the rented property:
Deposit: For most properties, the requested deposit is between 1 to 3 months' rent. No deposit is required for storage centers "Smolensko 10" and "Kareivių g. 2G" (new address Riterių g. 16).
Advance payment: Usually, rent is paid for the upcoming 1–3-month period. In storage centers, rent is paid monthly for the upcoming service month. If clients prefer, it is possible to pay for the next 12 months and benefit from an advance payment discount.
Contract fee: Applicable only for short-term rental contracts. Not applied in storage centers. The fee depends on the contract duration:
€60 if the rental contract is up to 3 months.
€30 if the rental contract is from 3 to 6 months.
€0 if the rental contract is 6 months or longer.
Discounts are available for advance payment of the service fee for a longer term:
5% discount on rent for paying one year in advance.
10% discount for paying two years in advance.
15% discount for paying three years in advance.
Payment methods: Paysera payment collection, bank transfer, card, or cash through Perlas, Maxima, or other terminals.
5. Use
After paying for the services, you will be given access to your rented property (code, key, remote control, GSM phone number, or a link to a mobile app to manage doors, gates, and barriers). Physical key, remote control, or magnet collection, property inspection, or handover in person is arranged by phone or email with the company representative. During the meeting, we will answer all your questions and, if necessary, explain how to access the rented premises and use the alarm, gates, barriers, and other devices.
